everything here is either made to order or delivered digitally. nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you. so our policy is simple, and we'd rather you know it before you buy.
digital downloads
digital products are non-refundable once purchased, since the files are delivered instantly and can't be returned. if a file won't open, is corrupted, or isn't what the listing described, email us within 14 days of purchase. we'll send a working file or refund your order.
printed & made-to-order items
wearables, accessories, and home goods are printed specifically for you after you order. because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for:

choosing the wrong size or color

changing your mind
-
slight color differences between your screen and the finished product
we do make it right when something goes wrong on our end. if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
how to request a replacement or refund

please don't mail anything back unless we ask. in most cases you won't need to.
what to expect

we reply to every request within [3] business days.

replacements go into production once approved and usually arrive within [7–14] business days.

refunds are issued to your original payment method within [7] business days of approval. your bank or card provider may take another 5–10 business days to show it.
cancellations
because items go into production quickly, we can only cancel an order if you contact us within [12] hours of purchasing. after that, it's already being made.
lost or undelivered packages
if tracking shows your order as delivered and you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. if it hasn't turned up within [7] days, email us and we'll help sort it out.
